Shipping Policy
Where do we ship your product from?
Please note that items within the store are located at our different warehouses across the world (United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Singapore) based on inventory. We try to ship from the closest warehouses to the customer.
What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 3-4 days to process your order and then 7-21 days to deliver it to you.
Due to COVID, carrier disruptions and delays may be possible. We are taking extra precautions to ensure your safety as well as our employees.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do. If your order is over $30, you can have free shipping.
Do you ship all over the world?
Yes, we do.
Do you provide product tracking / tracking information?
Yes, we do.
Some items are missing from my order, what happens?
Our products might ship separately according to your order. If this contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item through email or Whatsapp. We will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
